Ghost Pepper Seeds

Now things are really getting hot!  The ghost pepper, also known as Bhut Jolokia, is an intensely spicy pepper from India that takes 100-120 days to grow.  Test this spice before using it as a little goes a long way.  You can always add more but can’t take it out.

For scale, we blended a single, small (one inch) ghost pepper to a 64-ounce bottle of salsa and struggled to eat more than 10 chips.
