Once regarded as the hottest pepper in the world until 2023 (Pepper X is now the hottest pepper in the world, and its creator does not sell the peppers or the seeds), the Carolina reaper pepper is no joke.  This is the hottest single pepper we grow and dehydrate, so test a tiny amount before deciding to use it in anything just as you would our Death Mix.  It takes around 200 days to grow and harvest, so supplies are limited.
