Description
True to the name, the Trinidad scorpion pepper comes from Trinidad and Tobago, a Caribbean nation near Venezuela. It was once the hottest pepper in the world but has since been surpassed by the Carolina reaper pepper and one other pepper. As with most crazy spicy peppers, they have a long growing period of around 175 days. Always test a small amount before adding this ground spice to anything.
